Lead the CRM & Lead Management strategy of the GMSA region in Brazil and Argentina. Establish the CRM campaign strategy for the markets under your supervision, identifying the moments of truth of the purchase cycle and life cycle to generate personalized campaigns that add measurable value to our clients and the company. Negotiate and prepare the technological transition of the CRM area with GM Global. Implement the preliminary studies for the generation of a loyalty program in the SA region. Design the data strategy and guarantee the respect of the privacy policy of our clients' information. Supervise the control of the channel funnel and improve Lead Management processes, through the generation of insights and action plans to increase the digital conversion rate and the channel's contribution to Retail sales. Determine the ongoing training and support process for the Dealer network in the use of Siebel. Support the generation of synergies in processes and agencies of CRM & Lead Management in GMSA. Control of the budget of CRM and Lead Management. The scope of the position covers Chevrolet new vehicles business. Also, the position will give support to non-carline businesses (Aftersales, OnStar, etc.). What will your role be? You will interact on a regular basis with regional and local Marketing leaders (Retail, Product, Content, Media, Platforms, etc.) to actively participate to the market marketing and sales strategy planning and execution. You will bring data-driven insights and plan to deliver retail sales commitments sales through the Digital Channel and Stablish CRM strategies for achieve those goals


Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Advertising, Digital, Finance or similar. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish will be a plus. We are looking for a professional with experience and technical knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRM and Automotive industry. Knowledge of finance, statistics, projects would be a plus. Dealing with ambiguity, Managerial courage, Business acumen, Managing vision and purpose, Career ambition, Perseverance, Problem solving, Decision quality are necessary skills for the position.
